You're welcome to join both group and private sessions, either in-person or online.

I would like to help you rediscover the joy of moving freely, to develop a deeper connection with your body. To feel more comfortable in your own skin and realize that you have the power to live the life you truly desire. Imagine all that could happen if you didn't hold yourself back?

I  practice various forms of movement simultaneously, always seeking inspiration to integrate them into my sessions, to help become stronger, more flexible. What I love most about yoga is its inclusivity. Whether you're stepping onto the mat for the first time or you've been practicing for years, everyone can participate effortlessly. It's never static, no two classes or movements are the same—it's a reflection of life's ever-changing nature. Because change is inevitable.

But why not come and experience it for yourself?

How can practicing yoga enhance your life?

Class types

Sunrise yoga

These sessions are based on dynamic exercise routines, combined with sun salutations. The goal is to thoroughly move every part of the body. Whether you're a true morning person or a night owl who finds it hard to rise before the city wakes up, this class is sure to get your day off to a great start. Just imagine, you can already feel proud of yourself before even going to work, starting  the day with a genuine sense of achievement.

Flow yoga

Its peculiarity lies in synchronizing the body's dynamic movements with breathing. This form of movement teaches conscious control over the body, breath, and mind, not only within the confines of a yoga class. It's the ideal choice if you prefer more dynamic, physically demanding yoga classes, if you enjoy challenging yourself, and if you're curious about experiencing the flow.

Hatha yoga

Most of today's yoga trends use the tools of Hatha Yoga. Hatha yoga classes are usually slower exercises, where each asana (yoga pose) is held for several breathing cycles. This way, we don't  only help  strengthen the muscles but also provide an opportunity to perform the individual body positions accurately, allowing time to observe the body and breathing. We strengthen and stretch the body at the same time. Classes include breathing exercises (pranayama) and relaxation. It is also perfect for beginners, as it offers plenty of opportunities to make things easier, and those who want challenges in their practice, they will certainly find their place as well.

Private class

Are you experiencing changes? Is your schedule unique? Are you seeking solutions to a specific problem? Whatever your situation might be, a private session offers a great opportunity to practice at your own pace. Individual sessions are tailored just to your needs, focusing on your goals. I always design the practices to suit you best, aiming to provide the most help possible.

The price of the private lesson: HUF 15,000 / 60 minutes
Location: It can be in Buda or Pest, upon consultation.
